This birth coaching program is designed to prepare and support expecting parents for a confident and empowered birthing experience, focusing on physical, emotional, and mental readiness. While I am located in Carbondale, Illinois I serve the community in-person if you reside within two hours or virtually for all other families.

Pay-As-You-Go Birth Coaching

$299.00 (One-Time Fee)

A comprehensive single session for expecting parents who want focused, personalized birth preparation with the option to schedule follow-up sessions as needed.

What’s Included:

• A 90-minute one-on-one coaching session (via video or in-person)
• Personalized birth plan creation and review
• Guidance on labor positions, pain management techniques, and relaxation exercises
• Emotional and mental preparation for labor and delivery
• Resource list (e.g., hospital bag checklist, partner support strategies)
