All digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Digital downloads
  • E-books
  • Worksheets
  • Recorded workshops
  • Templates
  • Meal plans
  • Exercise guides

are non-refundable and non-transferable. By purchasing our digital products, you acknowledge that:

  1. The nature of digital products means they cannot be returned
  2. You cannot request a refund after the digital product has been delivered
  3. Access to the product cannot be revoked once granted
  4. The product remains the intellectual property of [Company Name]

Birth Services

Non-Refundable Deposit

  • The initial deposit of $500 is non-refundable under any circumstances
  • This deposit secures your due date in our calendar
  • The deposit covers initial administrative costs and preliminary services

Service Cancellation Before 32 Weeks

If you choose to discontinue services before 32 weeks gestation:

  • The deposit will be retained
  • Any payments made beyond the deposit amount will be refunded
  • Refund will be processed within 14 business days
  • Refund will be issued in the original form of payment

Service Cancellation After 32 Weeks

If you choose to discontinue services after 32 weeks gestation:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • This includes all payments made toward the service
  • The full contract amount remains due per the payment schedule

Special Circumstances

  • Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Medical complications requiring transfer of care will be reviewed individually
  • Premature birth before service initiation may qualify for partial refund
  • Client relocation outside service area may qualify for partial refund

Process for Requesting Refunds

  2. Include your full name, service package, and reason for cancellation
  3. Provide original payment information
  4. Allow 14 business days for review and processing
  5. Receive confirmation of refund status

Additional Terms

  • All refunds are subject to review

  • Chargebacks will result in permanent client dismissal
